Ronnie and The Redwoods is a West Texas Americana/Rock band that has brought deep and emotional lyrics together with music rooted in the blues, folk, and country of the high plains. Sundown Rising is the latest project from acclaimed musician Brian Brooks!  Brian has a deeply-rooted and unwavering passion for outlaw country and classic rock.  Brian has been playing on stages since the age of 18 after he enlisted in the Army.  He quickly rose to prominence, winning the title of Best Country Band in the Army in 1999, a testament to his exceptional talent and professionalism.

Brian has drawn inspiration from the legendary voices of Waylon Jennings, Johhny Cash, Hank Williams, Jr., and more, since the age of 6 years old.   By the age of 7 Brian was already honing his skill on piano and guitar.  

Now, with Sundown Rising, he brings a fresh perspective to the outlaw country genre, blending classic influences and contemporary flair and keeping the classic rock crowd favorites. Sundown Rising promises all the same talent and professionalism, adding more current outlaw country hits and some original material with a newly-motivated passion and energy that audiences will love.
